Right sidebar issue when using shortcodes

I love the plugin and everything is running smoothly. One thing I can not seem to find a fix for is: When adding shortcodes to any pages with a right hand sidebar, the sidebar relocates beneath the main content. I have tried multiple ways to fix this and I am at a loss. When the shortcode is rmeoved the sidebar returns to the correct position.

I have disabled Custom Formatting and Skip Default Values
I sized the tabs with a div tag to check if it was a width error.
I am using a prefix.
