    Hi,

Try “shop” only as the relative path to WordPress installation. Beware that you have to apply the FAQ for potential redirection problems (1.5) and cookie (in order to make cookie of PrestaShop available for WordPress, both 1.4 and 1.5).

    Thanks!
    That seems to work.

Can you help me with the product shortcode?
The category is called Home is that the ID for the shortcode or is there a number ID somewhere?

    Hi,

The default id_category is the home, so you can put the shortcode directly and get your products listed. You may need to make CSS adaptation according to your WordPress themes…

I only get products when i use the id_product parameter in the shortcode.
id_category=X or id_category=Home doesnt give me anything.
    Weird.

If you have PrestaShop 1.4 try id_category=1 and if you have PrestaShop 1.5 try id_category=2 (because id_category=1 is not really a category).

id_category=X should be updated with the real value of X which should be numeric…

ah i had to manually put in p=1 and tpl=product-list.tpl before it worked..

When i click the product it will load up the Prestashop page of course. But is it realistic with your plugin to only show Prestashop content (products and modules) and dont load pages and styling?

So i can style it all in WP files?
So it will feel more intact and because i dont really know Prestashop and its file structures ??

    (@aytechnet)

That’s strange because p=1 and tpl=product-list.tpl are default values ???

You can disable importing CSS and JS from PrestaShop Integration settings.

You can style all like you want. But the adding in the cart may cause PrestaShop to send you directly to the shopping cart page (instead of using Ajax).

    Fran?ois.

PS : WordPress is much more easy and fastest to configure (in themes) than PrestaShop… indeed…

Im sorry im throwing so many questions your way.
Thanks for taking the time to answer.

I’ve disabled the CSS and JS.

aytechnet is there a way to import my WordPress header and its styling into my PrestaShop pages?
Because I really dont understand tpl file structures.

    (@aytechnet)

Yes, you need to enable importing CSS… or to copy the styles from PrestaShop (but beware you have to update 2 copies if you do that !).

    I see.
But where and what in the Prestashop theme folder do i update to call the WordPress header.php?

    Plugin Author aytechnet

    (@aytechnet)

You can’t do that way : this module allows you to integrate PrestaShop in WordPress, not the other thing (WordPress in PrestaShop)

    I know ??
Was just asking in general if it was possible, as interest ??
