    Good afternoon,
    I can’t eliminate the wide margin on the printout. It looks like it adds space for the side menu. I tried different CSS from help but none worked. Thank you in advance for your help.

    the default target is set to article. Try using the target attribute and targeting just the content you wish to print, for example:

    [print-me target="#primary" /]

    unfortunately it didn’t help, no improvement.

    Just checked, is there a caching plugin installed?

    Yes – WP Super Cache, but if I turned off and refreshed, there was no difference.

    All we can say is that the source of the link you provided still shows the print target is clearly the default article. Maybe try changing the default in the plugin settings?
