• hi folks, looks like there is some issue on “writing effect”

i’ve tried to apply a different font to the block, and it was a custom font.

while applying the default fonts works, the custom font (that it’s working for any other text block within Elementor) is not accepted by writing block.

    any suggestion?

    Dear @bertelu,

    thank you for the report.

I’m trying to reproduce the issue you’re facing – hence few questions:

    1. How did you add a custom font – Elementor Pro or different way?
    2. What was the font, where can I download it from?
    3. What settings did you apply to ‘Writing Effects’ widget?

hi folks, let me answer to your question:

    1. font created in Elementor (is the free version not the Pro)
    2. basically the font was a Verdana 60px (i needed a very huge font)
    3. i used the default settings of the effect. just modified the list of texts

Ok, so I just tested this and there’s no issue on my end

Verdana is nothing I had to add. It’s there with basic Elementor installation.

And the writing effect works fine.

    What do you mean by:

…, and it was a custom font.
