Ridiculous customer service

  • the plugin only supports wordpress classic editor, which is so old school

    they dont even have list of all the shortcodes, looks like they are not the developer, their documentation is not at all good with and customer chat exec Krista is so rude.

    I checked the live chat support my team tried their level best to accommodate you and provided you the shortcodes you were looking for. Unfortunately, you were trying to build something different which we were not offering and was out of scope e.g you wanted to build the same backend dashboard on the frontend.

    About the Classic Editor, We have Gutenberg Compatibility as well which we sent you for beta testing during the live chat support. and ShortCodes work well in Classic Editor as well.

    This review came when our support was offline due to different timezone. I think you should have to wait for 24 hours.

    Well, I am still available to sort out the queries but building a new feature for your special needs is out of the scope of this product.
