Rich text editor not showing

The link does not include/display any form, only a login form.. But it doesn’t matter because you can enable the RTE via the plugin setting, “Enable Rich Text Editor”.

No it still shows that login is required.. no form displayed.

Either way, if the setting is enabled and the RTE is not showing, then you will need to troubleshoot the issue to determine what is interfering. I would begin by checking if the required JavaScript is included on the page.

To check for required JavaScript, search the page’s source code for the following:

editor.min.js

First, i did a troubleshoot on themes and i realize it works on Twenty Sixteen theme but not on Customizr which i am using.

Secondly, i found the editor.min.js in the page’s source code which gave me a clue to deactivate one plugin “Scripts-to-footer”.
However, it works in Firefox browser but not in Google Chrome.

Please, What do i do?

If it works on the default WP theme but not your current theme, then the issue is with your theme, not the plugin. I recommend asking the theme developer/author for help.
