On clicking “Insert/edit link (Ctrl+K)” icon, it scrolls down to footer everytime.
I have installed the plugin in one of my sites. Everything is working fine. I checked “Rich Text”. It is working fine in admin preview. But on real use, whenever I click on the “Insert/edit link (Ctrl+K)” icon, nothing happens and it automatically scrolls down to footer bottom. After that it happens every time, I scroll up to the “Post Content” section, and it then comes automatically scrolled down to the footer bottom.
    Please advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

adding a few more data, after clicking the insert link button you can inspect the footer and find that the “wp-link…” class and id modal is there with display : none. When you make it visible, you can see it attached to the page below footer, but not in the form of modal, i think the modal is not working here.

It sounds like a JavaScript error on the page. That can happen sometimes when multiple plugins/theme have conflicting JavaScript, etc. I would examine the page, but the link you provided goes to 404 Not Found.

yes, as it was very urgent and the reply was late, therefore I have shifted to another plugin.
    Thanks anyway.
