If there are errors, you need to use the latest dev version as Google changes its structure.

1. Delete the contents on your server in /wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/
2. Download https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings/archive/master.zip
3. Extract the zip file and it will extract to a folder called wp-postratings-master if you are using mac.
4. Upload the contents of the folder to /wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/

Dev version works great, except missing publisher -> logo -> url

Logo URL your theme needs to support the logo which is still only available in the default twenty sixteen theme (at least I tested on it and it works).
