Rich snippets doesn’t work anymore

You should select the itemType that best suite your post or page; in that setting you choose the default one, but you can change it in the single post or page.

I asked about this example. As I said it’s blog.

The second screenshot is an “article” snippet and it’s not the one who give the stars result: can you post the competitor link or the complete screenshot?

Should I select this option:

Can I select yes to all?

I have blogpost selected. But only 2 from 50 pages got stars in google, how to increase number of pages with rich snippets?

Because, as I say in the settings page (screen https://snipboard.io/qDGmfV.jpg ), blogposting itemType doesn’t shows stars in serps.

The competitor you screened, must have more than one itemType, but it’s not the article one that is making the serps appear.

They use article and then, separate, aggregaterating.

This is not a good pratice, looks like a self serving review that is described here https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2019/09/making-review-rich-results-more-helpful.html

But it works for Google SERPS.

How can I make same with your plugin?

If you don’t want to follow google standard, and have the stars in search result, with the risk to get penalized, just select an itemType that is not BlogPosting.

Maybe “Course” is the one that best fit your site.

Article type must be provided from your theme (or a schema plugin)

I suggest to ask this in a SEO oriented forum, it’s no YASR related.

So, add schema plugin and set type: article
and then with YASR how can I use: aggregaterating ?
