Sorry I don’t have a solution for you. On the code end, it is already telling Google to use “1” as the max rating. But “1” is also the worst rating since it is a rating scale. I Guess Google rich text is not compatible with like rating since like isn’t exactly a rating.

Define ” doesn’t appear to be working”? Note that it will take time for Google to clear it’s own stuff.

Well, when I google certain books it still pops up. I know it takes a while for Google to index sites, but it’s been over a week now. Try googling “winning selling tim ussher” and you’ll see a star rating completely unrelated to the book itself on the author’s profile. I believe the data is being retrieved from books that appear randomly on the sidebar, but I can’t be sure.
