Rich Snippet in Footer & Bottom of Page

Hi Guys,
My GD star rating is placed in my footer as desired. It looks great and it has the rich snippet in footer as well. The problem it also shows at the bottom of my content on every page.
I’m using Gala Theme and the rich snippet is also showing on my home page slider. This means it show on my home page 3 times?
