Rich snippet doesn't show up :) (Divi Theme – Elegant Themes)

Hi everyone!
I installed Multi Rating and like it. But, the Rich Snippets do not show up! Not in Google itself and not in Google’s Rich Snippets Testing Tool.
I put in the 2 shortcodes on this page:

The results-shortcode on top (works)
the ratings-form below (works)
Rich snippets star rating (doesn’t work)
I’m glad for any advice!
