Rich snippet doesn’t show fields for author, publisher, datePublished etc.

    I have a problem with the rich snippets. My settings for the posts are ?Use JSON-LD“, ?Stars Rating“ and ?Article“ (Screenshot: https://cloudup.com/czFwtMFDsg8). The structured data testing tool says that 9 fields are missing. Please see this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cWV4KArLKRh

    Why are these fields missing in the rich snippet? Do I need the pro version or any add-on?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Free plugin version currently has simpler Rich Snippet support, and for some Snippet types, it can’t fill the required data. I will see if I can improve on that with the Snippet support as is in Free version.

    But, Pro version has completely different Snippets addon built-in that has editors for different snippet types that include specific fields, and fully rewritten snippet builder. If you want to test Pro version, you can request demo website: https://www.dev4press.com/request-demo/.
