Rich Results Tests (Product Review)

    Just started using Judge.me and tested out a few reviews with google snippets. I’m receiving the following errors:

    Detected items

    Unnamed item

    2 errors

    Invalid object type for field “itemReviewed”
    Missing reviewed item name

    type AggregateRating

    reviewCount 1

    ratingValue 5.00

    Please advise

    To fix this issue, please follow these steps:
    1. In your WordPress, please go to plugin Judge.me
    2. Choose the big blue button that says “Get started! Open Judge.me now” => It will lead you to your Judge.me account page
    3. In Judge.me account page, go to Settings > Advanced > Rich Snippets
    4. Please turn off the setting Aggregate Rating Microdata snippets

    The issue is the setting Aggregate Rating Microdata snippets was only intended for old store that still uses microdata. Most of modern sites don’t use microdata anymore (your theme also doesn’t use microdata) so this setting might conflict with your theme. Turning it off will resolve the issue.
