Rich pins not working

  • Hello,

    I just installed your plugin – which is awesome! But I’m having trouble with rich pins on Pinterest. They are validated with them, and I checked the Open Grah option under the Facebook tab, but my pins still don’t show as rich pins.

    Any known issue with other plugins maybe?

    Any help would be great ??

    I was wondering if you ever found a fix for your problem with rich pins. I am having the same problem. Once I FINALLY got them to validate I thought it would be smooth sailing, but the very next post I pinned to facebook had no rich pin. I wasn’t sure if I had to validate every post (which I realize you don’t when I tried it), or if there was another error. I would appreciate any help you have!

    Did someone find a solution? I have exactly the same problem.

    I actually contacted Pinterest and they let me know it was in their end. Where Rich Pins are still Farley new thy are still working out some bugs. If you have had your site validated then you should be good to go. It may just be a matter of them just working on it. Hope this helps!
