RFQ checkout both Quote and Normal

  • Hi,

    Is there a way in RFQ Checkout customers can quote and also pay if they want to ?

    – Is ther a way if quantity increase RFQ ask for quotation or else it let users to pay.

    In Normal checkout I am having 1 issue i.e: I am using booking plugin which has 2 fields start and end date. Now on normal mode when user select add to quote then in backend order section these 2 fields not visible also shows wrong price but this won’t happen in RFQ mode.

    I need something in which if quantity increase more than 15 then customer request a quote.

    Please advice.

    Why not in normal mode quote also integrated with woocommerce cart.

    WooCommerce cart include all custom fields but this quote list cart not including.

    Yes. In the Plus version (premium) there is exactly that option to checkout or request a quote on the whole cart. However, with this option the prices are shown since you can’t checkout without prices.

    In the plus version: you can specify additional custom fields or custom attributes that should be added to the normal cart and the order and if the product includes those elements, then it is seen in the order and the quote cart.

    short answer is that many customers wanted the ability to both checkout AND ask for quotes. Normal checkout is integrated with WooCommerce but not with other third party plugins(such as booking). But as I mentioned above, problem is partially solved through specifying the names of the custom fields / attributes. For 100% compatibilty with 3rd party plugins there is the option of RFQ with the ability to checkout OR request a quote.

I should add that you can do that in RFQ checkout mode also. It would make sure that those extra product attributes are shown in orders and emails.

    Q. Is is possible to restrict quantity ? Like if someone wants to purchase product quantity more than 1 or 2 system ask them to send quote or else let me checkout.

    Is it possible with your plugin ?
