• Hi. Since updating wordpress my rezdy widget is now sitting at the bottom of the page. Half in the sidebar and half in the page content. It was working great. Any ideas?

    Thanks

I had to restore from a backup but the rezdy plugin needs to be updated to work with the latest version of wordpress. Thanks so much.

Works fine with latest WordPress for me: https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/rezdy-items/second-cooking-class/

I imagine it’s something specific to your theme and simply requires some css tweaking of the template. If you can post a link to the affected page (maybe on a staging copy?) I can try to advise further…

Hi Maeve. My apologies for pointing the finger. I appreciate your offer of a CSS fix. Thanks so much.

Sure thing. Could you point me to a page showing the issue?

HI Maeve. I’m now using your plugin on a separate installation and a different site altogether and now I can’t access the plugin settings page to put in my rezdy slug. The plugin says it has not been tested with the latest version of wordpress. Is no one else having problems?

No problems of this nature reported thus far. Tested just now on my demo site and cannot replicate – Rezdy settings load fine for me. Can you try standard WordPress troubleshooting steps please? AKA deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Same issue? Or no?

Thanks for your suggestions Maeve. I disabled all plugins and activated the default theme (2015) and still no luck

That’s really weird. Any sort of permissions adjustments that could be effecting the Settings visibility?

Also, did you modify the Rezdy Reloaded plugin or core in any way?

    (@groggy72)

HI Maeve. Hey it is weird. No, I did not modify the plugin in anyway and my WP settings are optimum – as in no memory issues etc. Using a tried and tested hosting company that never has permissions issues.

    Thanks
