    Hi people,

I have a big problem and i hope someone can help me. I’m a layman in wordpress and website making.

My problem is: Since last night my website does’nt look the same. The whole structure is out of my site. Pieces of text overlap and photos are randomly placed. I don’t know how to describe this other. To see the problem check my site.

In the errorlogs from my hosting company there is a error who keeps coming back. This is the error:01.07.2022 14:41:24 XXXX.com [client 217.101.12.0] /home/strato/http/premium/rid/71/37/511767137/htdocs/STRATO-apps/wordpress_01/app/wp-content/.htaccess: RewriteOptions not allowed here

I have no idea what to do. I have already restored a backup. No result.

There is something else that i noticed. When i look in de WP dashboard by Products. And i open an product i get the error message:Failed to load plugin url: https://XXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/build/contact-form/js/tinymce-plugin-form-button.min.js

Is there someone who can help me with this problem?

    Kind regards WiggyB

  • Can you deactivate jetpack?

    Tnx for your reaction!

I deactivated Jetpack but I still have the problem. That’s nog working.

After starting this topic I received the following mail from WP.

    `Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://wigany.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://wigany.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.0
    Active theme: Flatsome (version 3.15.4)
Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 6.6.1) PHP version 8.0.20`

It says “Please contact your host for assistance”. But what or who is the host? That’s not clear to me.

    I solved the problem!!
After a update of the following plugin the trouble started. WebP Converter for Media made by Mateusz Gbiorczyk.

After turning of this plugin everything is working correctly.
