Rewrite product download link

Hi,
I have a woocommmerce store with hundreds of PDF virtual downloadable products. I have developed a plugin which takes the download link as query parameter and shows the PDF in a flipbook. Can I replace/rewrite the download link for purchased products with a filter/function?
For example, a working download link of a purchased PDF product is:
https://domain.com/?download_file=6789&order=wc_order_zHOH4RI97k9mR&email=test%40test.com&key=91c44b50-1234-5678-ac57-6d499136eead
and I want to be replaced/rewritten with:
https://domain.com/?link=https://domain.com/?download_file=6789&order=wc_order_zHOH4RI97k9mR&email=test%40test.com&key=91c44b50-1234-5678-ac57-6d499136eead
