Rewrite CPT slug with Empty

  • Hello,

    Is there a (simple) way to remove the CPT slug for a specific CPT (so post URL look like : domain.com/post instead of domain.com/post-type/post ?

    Your question is related to general WordPress behavior and development. The Post Type UI of ACF Extended is just an UI that reflect the native register_post_type() function (See documentation).

    Your question will require some custom development, as WordPress doesn’t support that behavior natively. I would recommend to make some research, you’ll find some Stackoverflow topics on that subject. You can also find some plugins which may achieve it, like “Remove CPT Base“.
