I explained everything in the previous topic, nothing has changed in my reply.

But it was already implemented back then and it worked. However, this was removed in a redesign.
    So it definitely worked ??

What was already implemented? What redesign?

What I’m trying to say is that what I’m trying to do has already worked. So it works 100%. The only question is how I can implement it.

Sorry, that’s even more confusing. You have it working 100% but it’s not implemented? What are we referring to here?

    Forget my statement ??

How can I implement my request? Technically, it must work, as it has already worked before.

I feel like I’m repeating myself here and nothing has changed since my original response.

You say it has already worked before but haven’t provided any more information. If it has already worked then do the same as you did before. Everything the plugin can do is documented here: https://redirection.me/support/

In an older version of the website, the function for retaining the original URL in the address bar when redirecting to another website was already implemented. But this is not relevant here, as it is no longer the case. So please ignore it. I don’t know how this was implemented.

I have installed the plugin and configured a redirect. But how can I keep the original URL?

But how can I keep the original URL

Well, I’ve said here, and in the previous thread that you can’t. A redirect, by definition, changes the URL.

    Thread Starter individuum92

    (@individuum92)

And there is no way to do this in any way?

Redirection deals with redirects, which by definition change the URL. It does not deal with rewrites. As I described before, you will need to look at something else for that, and I do not know if it’s even possible to do it to another domain (and it probably isn’t something you should as it will cause many resource issues, and you are effectively faking a site).
