There are SO many different ways that site users/members can earn achievements with this plugin, and even the type of achievements they earn are customizable. It’s named “BadgeOS” so you think that it’s just for awarding “badges”, but in reality you could award “levels” or “kudos” or “trophies” or whatever else you want. The ways that users can earn things are totally up to you: leaving a comment, logging in to the site X times, submitting an answer to a quiz, even earning a different achievement could be a trigger.

If you’re a developer it’s very easy to extend BadgeOS and add your own triggers and other features. Have your own plugin that triggers actions? Add them as BadgeOS triggers and award achievements any time a user takes that action! The code is comprehensively documented, and available for contribution on GitHub: https://github.com/opencredit/BadgeOS
