REWARD FOR SOLUTION!! Timthumb unable to find images

Hi I am getting an error from timthumb:

Could not find the internal image you specified.

I know that it has to do with the way wordpress uses redirects for multisites but I am unable to figure out a solution myself as I don’t code. I am currently using the Realty theme from Fearless Flyer .

I am willing to pay for a solution as long as everything works correctly home page, archive pages, auto play function, etc.
