Installed OSticket and followed the exact instructions on bridging the installation, however after saving the config file, I get the error trying to access any page:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'fetch - <b></b>--- Query: select * from float_revslider_sliders order by id ASC' in /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/functions.class.php:7 Stack trace: #0 /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/db.class.php(22): UniteFunctionsRev::throwError('fetch - <b></b>...', -1) #1 /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/db.class.php(36): UniteDBRev->throwError('fetch - <b></b>...') #2 /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/db.class.php(127): UniteDBRev->checkForErrors('fetch') #3 /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/revslider_slider.class.php(1639): UniteDBRev->fetch('float_revslider...', '', 'id', '', 'ASC') #4 /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/revslider_tinybox.class.php(12): RevSlider->getArrSliders() #5 [internal function]: RevSlider_Ti in /home1/DIRECTORYNAMEWITHHELD/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/functions.class.php on line 7

I’ve noticed you’ve had issues with the revslider before that were apparently fixed, but I appear to still be having the same conflict issues. Any assistance would be great.

    Thank you

I have disabled the plugin for the time being by renaming the plugin folder, but would like to know if there is a quick fix for this.

    Thank you

    Hello,

The plugin does not conflict with Revslider it self (we have all our sites with revslider + plugin working without a conflict in place).

What exactly did you mean by saving the config file? as all thats needed is done in WP-Admin aslong as you got osTicket it self setup.

    Regards,

    Marco,

    I follow these steps.

Install OS Ticket (installation and everything works fine)

    Install Plugin

    Activate Plugin

Navigate to the config settings for the plugin, as soon as I save the config settings, I get the error posted in the first post.

If it’s not Revslider, what am I doing wrong?

    Well, the issue is revslider
though i am not sure where (or how) it conflicts for you.
I am only sure default revslider doesn’t conflict with our setups.

Though from the error i can’t exactly say to what or where it has issues.

I would recommend to ask revslider for help,
alternatively i can let my dev check it out see if he spots where the issue lays in your WP

for that we will need db info, wp admin, and ftp login info.
You can send it to: m.tiggelaar (at) key4ce.com

    Hi Marco,

I’ll get that information and get it over to you as soon as I can. Thank you.

    Hello,

We had to download a patch from Revslider to fix this issue in your wordpress.

(it’s an issue with RevSlider it self).

It’s fixed for you now ??

    Regards,
    Marco
