Revolution Slider with static layer over all slides

Hi there!!!
I hope someone can help me with this issue.
I am using the famous Revolution slider for my clients website.
I love how you can add layers to the background images.
But am having a problem.

The 3 boxes over images need to stay static throughout the fade in and out animations.
Right now it goes away with each slide. The only way i was able to insert them was with the layers functions of the revolution slider. I pasted same code on all 3 slides.

I am thinking i need to insert the <div>s code in some php file that would insert them over slide.

Does anyone have any idea how i could do this?
