I have recently received the following message regarding my homepage revolution slider: You have some jQuery.js library include that comes after the slider files js.inclusion. . . .To fix this you can 1. Set “Module General Options” > advanced > ‘jQuery and output filters’ > ‘put js to Body’ to on . . .2. Find the double — jQuery.js inclusion and remove it.

I was able to do #1. I have no idea how to handle finding the jQuery.js inclusion.

However, although my slider does not operate on my MacBook pro, it seems to function just fine on my desktop and iPhone.

How do I resolve this problem so that my slider is working across all devices. Thanks.

You’re using a commercial plugin. For Pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

I appreciate your response. I have already contacted themepunch and Envato and Hostgator. The Revolution Slider came with the theme. Theme Punch requires support but does not seem to extend support without purchase of a new theme. Ryte suggested the js problem had to do with WordPress. HostGator does not work on files. It makes no sense to me that it is just a Theme Punch issue when it works on 2 of three devices. Nevertheless, I appreciate your response and will await a response from Envato. Be safe, stay healthy,

Have cheked for conflict with any of your active plugins?

If not, try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

Thank you. The problem was resolved shortly after I contacted the forum. Not sure, but I believe the problem with the Mac was my failure to remove the cache after changing the “put js to body” option to on. Thanks again for the helpful response.
