• I recently bought a content manager from ‘OTWthemes’ and when I installed the plugin, it deactivated the revolution slider on my website. The slider does not display any images, instead it displays a grey background. When the content manager plugin is deactivated the slider seems to be working as it should. I don’t know what is really going on can someone help please.

I check my console and this is the message I am getting, i don’t really know what it means.

“Uncaught TypeError: container.delay(…).waypoint is not a function”

    Heres the website “uk4jc.com”

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
