Revolution Slider is not displayed in editor profile

  • Hi !
    I use the plugin Menu Editor for many project and since long time, but there is a bug for displaying the Revolution Slider on Editor profile, as you can see in screenshots.

    In admin profile panel :

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to do that with the free version of this plugin. It can hide menu items and restrict access, but it can’t give a role access to a menu item that it couldn’t see before.

    Based on the “Required capability” field in the screenshot, the Editor role would need the manage_options capability to access the “Slider Revolution” menu. You can use any free role editing plugin to give them that capability (for example: User Role Editor). Please note that this capability will also give them access to a number of other menu items (e.g. “Settings -> General”), so you may want to check their menu visibility afterwards and hide any items that they’re not supposed to see.
