Revoke cookie button label won’t change

Testing ver. 1.2.43.
The admin page makes it seem that the label of the button displayed with the [cookies_revoke] shortcode is configurable. But this is not the case, as it always displays “REVOKE COOKIES”
But this label is misleading, as clicking on the button only displays the message bar with whatever additional options that have been configured, regarding allowing or denying cookies or displaying the policy page.
What’s more, if you click on that button and the message bar displays another button with the label for Revoke cookies that was configured on the admin page. But clicking on that button simply redisplays the same message bar, but without the Revokie cookies button.
All these buttons and what the are supposed to do is extremely confusing for the visitor.
