The cookie banner shows up fine on all devices, but the “View Preferences” revoke button disappears on mobile devices.

I’ve used a variety of “pop-up position”s – they all give the same result.

Incidentally, only the center and two floating pop-up positions display the full cookie banner correctly on mobile devices. The “Save Preferences” button disappears off the edge of the screen with other settings, although with the “push-down” option it disappears below the bottom of the fixed-height push-down banner area.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @alarch,

This is the default behavior for mobile screens and portrait iPads. The button on smaller screens could be seen as annoying when swiping. On mobile the button will be on the bottom en swiping up can become bothersome if you touch the revoke button. Revoking on mobile can be done on the cookie policy.

If you need it regardless, let me know:)

Thanks for the prompt reply. I understand your reasoning, which is fair enough. However, unless I’ve missed something, the revoke button isn’t included in the auto-generated cookie policy. Is this something that could be added for the next release?

    Terrific plugin by the way.

    Hi @alarch,

Thanks! Scroll down https://complianz.io/cookie-policy/ to see the revoke button, you can create your own link as well with this shortcode: [cmplz-revoke-link text=’your-text’]
