Revoke button always visible/opened css not run in v6

The CSS classes (and the button itself) have changed in 6.0. For a full overview of new classes, see: https://complianz.io/css-classes-overview/.

Please use the below CSS to always display the Manage Consent button, and additionally remove the rounded corners on the bottom to make it look a bit nicer.

#cmplz-manage-consent .cmplz-manage-consent { 
bottom: 0px!important; 
border-bottom-left-radius: 0px; 
border-bottom-right-radius: 0px; 
}
