  • Not to gush, but that has to be one of the nice Kubrick based themes I’ve seen so far.

    Nicely done.

i like the dark look of the design & great header nav, however, the Post Ratings really stand out, both visually and for their (lack of?) utility. I mean, I could understand rating posts if each post was, say, a Poem, or a Photograph, or an Essay in a competition, or a Political Candidate’s bio. But if it’s just a blog, what’s the point of rating posts 1-5? Should I only read your 5-star posts? To me, the ratings-bar is too bold and important-looking of a visual element on the site design, unless it is supposed to be one of the main features.

Also, “Email this post” | “Print this post” could be | consolidated | onto one line. Unless you are using them to provide more space between posts (which can be accomplished other ways). Although it is nice how the tiny icons line up the way it is now.

Wow, that looks great! It works exactly the same in Mac I.E., Safari and Mac Firefox!

    Nice job!

Thanks Rosie. I did my best to get it to work with all browsers, but really focused on IE7 and FF.

You did a beautiful job on that template. When and if you ever decide to try a new one out, I hope you release that one

    Fab!

Looks like you’re trying something else out right now.

    That’s Qilm! not Kubrick.
