Hello. My apologies if I’m riding in the wrong place but I’ve tried to open support tickets with revive social twice and I’ve yet to receive a response.

When I log into my blog there is a pop-up notification that my revive old post pro license is expired. When I go to my settings to try and re-activated I’m told there’s no more reactivation’s left on my website. I submitted on one of my tickets proof that I just renewed this license in May of this year. So no it should not be expired. Someone responding and advising me what to do would be appreciated.

  • I am having the exact same issue. I just purchased an extended license in June 2016.

Well nice to know I’m not alone I guess? Lol

Sorry you’re having this problem as well. Have you contacted them? I’m extremely unimpressed that I’ve not received ANY kind of a reply as yet.

    Hi there,

We are aware of this and we have patched it, please send us a message via: https://revive.social/support/ and we will aid you ASAP in rectifying this, rest assured your licenses are still valid if it indeed expired prematurely.

Thanks for replying @uriahs-victor. Just so we are clear this will be my THIRD TIME sending a support ticket to revive.social. I hope I actually receive a reply this time.

Please check your spam/junk mail, our Revive social inbox is currently empty ?? I just finished clearing it out earlier.

    Here’s what:

Please log into your WP dashboard and go to settings->general then in the ROP license area enter a *Wrong* license key then click activate.

After it has said the license is wrong, try entering the correct license again. Make sure that in your licences area in your dashboard you remove the website where you are trying to activate it before doing the steps above, see here: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/233-how-to-manage-your-website-licenses

Let’s end this top here since this forum is for our free products and all pro related questions must be handled on a separate medium. If what I said above did not work for you then please contact us via the contact link. Be sure to check your junk mail a team mate might have responded earlier.

If you are still having issues contacting us then you could also try this link: https://themeisle.com/contact/

    Best regards,
    Uriahs

I’m happy to end it here but let’s be clear about something; I sent those messages DAYS ago and have been waiting for a response ever since. And I tried to make contact twice on Twitter and didn’t receive a response to those inquiries either. If ***ANY*** of my previous messages have been responded to I would never have made this post. I’ve been checking my mail and my junk mail folders for the past several days.

That said I will try the steps above and if I do have to make a third support ticket, hopefully I’ll get a response this time.
