Trying out Revisr. Installed OK and when I go to the Dashboard it says “There are currently 29 untracked files on branch master.” and then does nothing as in the screen no longer responds other than menu flyouts. Clicking other menu choices do not work. Starting another window will not let me view the site either. I have to close the browser and restart it to get back end or go to a different browser and that will let me in. Does this on Firefox31 IE11 and Chrome 36.0.1985.125 m on Windows 8.

There is a little spinner next to the Quick Actions which continues to run. Other than that it’s frozen. I can go to other sites. But I even if I go to another site I can’t go back to the Revisr site. You’ve some how managed to block the site in the browser.

Close the browser and restart and it works fine until I hit your Dashboard. Repeat as necessary.

    Weird….

    Hello,

Can you please confirm if the “Remote Name” has been set in your settings?

This should be “origin” by default in most repositories, unless you have changed this or added additional remotes.

Where was the repository cloned from?

Also, are you using something like WAMP on a local Windows environment, or is it set up on a Linux server?

    remote is origin
    this on hostgator VPS Centos

Thank you for your patience on this issue. Can you also confirm the following:

    – Is PHP exec() and passthru() enabled on the server? (even if safemode is off, suhosin could be blocking these functions)
    – Are you using the fully managed VPS with cPanel, or is it your own setup?
    – Does the issue occur when the remote URL is set to both HTTPS and SSH?
    – Does “git fetch” work in command line/ssh?

Also, feel free to send an email to support at expandedfronts.com if you’d like us to take a closer look.

    Thank you.

Marking this as resolved as it was an authentication issue. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!
