    Just installed revisions plug

    Revisions plugin not triggering jetpacks auto share to social media when scheduled updated version of post goes live

    Normally jetpack shares a post to social media when a post goes live. as said, Revisions plugin not triggering jetpacks auto share to social media when scheduled updated version of post goes live

    After we checked further, it is not possible to use our plugin to trigger auto social share on Jetpack, because Jetpack does not treat it as new post. You can try confirm with them if they can make default WP revision triggering auto social share.

    thank you for the update,
    would i be able to install a social sharing plugin
    to share the updated/scheduled post from your plugin

    if so, can you suggest a social sharing plugin that would be compatible with your plugin

    As long as the social sharing plugins can share the revisions, it will compatible with our plugin. We use revisions from the default functionality of WordPress. It’s not a new thing.
