    Hi termoplus,

Thanks for considering Caldera Forms, it means a lot to us.

Since the form revisions update, we don’t offer the ability to turn those off, no. It’s tough for me to understand why you would like to do this, and maybe with a bit more information I can provide a reasonable workaround. For example, do you want to turn them off for performance reasons? Security? etc. If you can send us a more detailed request via calderaforms.com/contact, hopefully we can help.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your answer.
In order to preview your forms I have to save them first. In addition to that I am creating 9 forms and each is unique. So after creating all those forms I see that I have almost 100 revisions. Why do I have to fill up my database with the “trash”? I am not a developer so I can enter and clean it manually and now I do not know what to do.

    thanks

I just wanted to jump in here. I’m the lead developer. I wanted to clarify a few things.

The database table that stores forms is only queried when loading a form. Also, the size of that table with up to 15 rows per form (the maximum revisions that are saved) vs 1 row per form should not be a problem when that query does run.

If you wanted to turn off revisions saving or reduce that, you would have 9 rows instead of a maximum of 135 rows, for your 9 forms.

    Hi Josh,

Thank you for your answer, however, I do not understand anything ?? I am not a developer and it’s hard to understand what you are trying to say.

My question was how to remove and disable revisions?

    thanks

I am still struggling with removing all revisions from my sql database.
