Revising "Your browser is ancient!…" message

  • We’ve had complaints that the “Your browser is ancient!..” message is a bit harsh for some of our customers. Can I revise this message? I don’t want to remove it entirely, just soften it up. What file is this code contained in?

    You can deactivate your plugins and switch to the default WordPress Twenty Fourteen/ Thirteen theme to explore where this is coming from.
