Revising panel sizing and location for text

I would like to modify the panel sizing and location for text and would appreciate some guidance.

When on a larger display, I would like the panel on the left side as usual. When the display goes smaller and there isn’t room for the panel on the left side anymore, instead of removing the panel completely I would like to move the panel UNDER the main slide image, going the full width of the image.
