    Does the header say “0 reviews” whether there are any good reviews and what to see?
    Everything was fine yesterday!
    Can you give me a reason?

    Hello Jürgen (@cdrzone),

    I have checked your page and there is something odd going on – not directly related to the plugin. The reviews count listed on Google is actually zero – there are none there at all.

    If there were some before, the plugin would collect these and then store it in the database. The overall review count and rating is sourced from the current data provided by the Places API.

    I would check with Google Business to find out where your reviews have gone.

    I am marking this as resolved because it is not an issue caused by the plugin’s functionality. However, I would be interested to know what happened here if you find an answer with Google.
