Reviews unable to retrieve

    I have used this plugin at one website and everything worked fine. I tried same on other but its saying me I have to enable billing option to retrieve the reviews.
    Is it necessary to enable billing for using it on other website?
    I even tried to deactivate this plugin from one website n enabling it at other but its showing be the same error.
    Can’t I disable it from one and use it at other?

    That message is coming from Google. They now require you to enable a billing account on your API Key to use. They do give you $200 free credit a month so it should cost you anything.
