Reviews translation

    Dear Customer Support,

    Our online store is multi lingual. I have translated the review and marked “Translation is complete”. But when I switch the language it states that “There are no reviews yet. Be the first one to write one.” The Integrate with WPML option is enabled. How can the issue be solved?

    Please update to v4.2.8 which fixes the WPML integration.

    Be aware however that Site Reviews does not support review translation. The integration simply makes review assignment work across all languages of the page the reviews are assigned to.

    Here is an example:

    Page with English translation:
    [site_reviews assigned_to=post_id]

    Page with German translation:
    [site_reviews assigned_to=post_id]

    If the multilingual integration is enabled, all translations of the page will show the same reviews.

    If the multilingual integration is disabled, the pages will only show reviews that are assigned to each specific page translation.
