Reviews taking 8+ hours to download

    Hi I enabled this plugin this morning and integrated it successfully with my Ebay review feed but it’s not populating the widget. There’s an error stating “your reviews are being downloaded, this process should only take a few minutes” it’s been about 9 hours since it started. Is this normal? or are there some troubleshooting steps I need to look into? Thanks for your help!
