Reviews stopped working

Until a few days ago, reviews was working properly. Now it only shows review not sent but no date. Also when I do receive a review, the product shows 5 stars but the nothing showing on the product page. if I search for the item the 5 stars show when it pops up in the search box, but not on the actual product page.
I did see an error a few days ago but can’t recall what it was. Thank you.
