    This plugin was installed about 8 months ago, and every worked fine until now. Lasts reviews are shown in English instead Spanish language, the originals reviews are written in Spanish but I don’t know how to set up the language.

    The last review says “undefined” although in Google is shown correctly.

    Can you help me solving this issues?

    @garciaporto This is an odd one…

    Have you checked that your current language is still set to “Spanish”?

    You will be able to delete reviews from your archive under the Reviews tab. Any that are not current will have a Delete option on the left side of the row. If that is not available, you can hide this particular review.

    Once checked and set, you can go to the Advanced Tab and click Clear Cache to refresh your reviews.

    I am curious about a couple things here:

    • Is your business still listed under Google My Business as an active business?
    • Have you recently set your business to use a coverage area?
    • Can you still find your Place in the Place ID Finder?
    • Have you recently installed any suspicious plugins or a theme that may have disrupted your data?

    @garciaporto I have checked and your business is listed in the Place ID Finder and it is returning valid results. I believe there is something wrong with the data stored in the database so starting with the Clear Cache function is a good step for you.

    I’ve rechecked the URL and I think you are using a different plugin here. I would check with their support.
