    Save your money, find another solution. Or don’t but the reviews should say it all. I don’t know if they have restructured their company, been bought out by someone else or just flat out are rugging everyone after purchasing their plugins.

    Support doesn’t read the issue, doesn’t try to reproduce even when you spoon feed them and issues will go for weeks without response.

    This is a sinking ship and it is a shame because I have invested a lot of time and money into this ecosystem.

    Be warned proceed with caution.

    I can see that you are very frustrated with our support and with the issues you are facing while using our plugins, and for that I am sorry, that is not our intention at all.

    I would love to try to help you solve the issues you are facing and try to make your experience with our plugins better.

    But I cannot find your support threads on our HelpDesk software, would you mind telling me what name or website you used to contact us on Support? So that I can search and find the threads.

    Also, if you prefer sharing what are the issues here I would also gladly help solve them here too.
