Reviews Not Showing only via CR(Private)

    Hi,

    I’am aware about this page. My problem is a bit special. The application worked well. But there was a brief moment when the application went into Private mode, I don’t know how. So I have a lot of reviews in private mode. Since I put live mode back on everything is fine.
    My question is therefore: how to submit the opinions noted via CR (Private) in public or live mode again ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Currently, there isn’t an option to convert reviews from Private to Live mode. Please collect new reviews in Live mode to publish them on cusrev.com.
