Reviews not showing on cusrev.com website

    Now that I have accumulated some reviews for my website I wanted to make us of the trust badges. The cusrev reviews for my website work great (https://www.cusrev.com/reviews/toysoldiercentral.com) but the issue is when navigating to my actual website, it shows I have zero reviews (https://toysoldiercentral.com/about-us/) on the bottom here, you can see it shows 0 reviews. I did notice it lists my products on the profile though.

    Is there a reason why the cusrev profile shows the review count but the website profile shows zero? I don’t want customers thinking my reviews are fake.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Please go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > Trust Badges tab > Re-save settings to flush the cache and check the issue again.
