Reviews not showing on Cusrev

    The Trust Badges led to a Not Found page, reviews are not showing on Cusrev, and the plugin can not be set to live mode (Live mode activation error: the page is blocked, please contact CusRev support for assistance.) How can I fix this? Thank you.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    It looks like you used CusRev service to publish reviews of adult products on CusRev.com which is not permitted by the terms of the service. Therefore, the page with reviews of your shop was blocked by the moderation team.

    If you want to use the plugin with prohibited product categories like adult content, please enable the option “No verification” on the “Review Reminder” tab of the plugin’s settings.

    Sorry to hijack this email but we don’t sell adult products and have exactly the same issue. I see CBD is one of the restricted items but we don’t sell CBD either –> Not Found (cusrev.com)
