Reviews not showing

I’m having the same issue, the widget just shows the total amount of reviews and a link to see the reviews. But nothing below it. Use to show some reviews below.

Just installed plugin… same issue, only shows the amount of reviews with link to view “all reviews” but doesn’t display the actual reviews within the page.

@richplugins I got a white page because of the plugin today, browser threw a “too many requests” error and then loading the site afterwards just brought up a blank page.

Looking at the error_log I was getting errors like these:

Disabling the plugin via FTP fixed the blank screen.

Sorry, but we did see your debug information in the support. It’s a mandatory step to investigate and fix the issue.

We even don’t know which the plugin you’re using – free, pro (old) or business (current paid).
