Reviews not downloading

    I’m using the free version and have set up the Google Places API.

    When I click on ‘Get Reviews’, I get this message:
    Retrieving Google Business reviews for Place ID: ChIJr_drd0qs0kwXXXXXXJ6Q and saving them to your WordPress database…

    Google Error: OK, No Google Reviews Found., more info

    But there are reviews available, some within the last 24 hours.

    How do I get them to download?

    I just tried the other method of finding the Place ID (using ‘inspect’ on the Write Review button) and got a different place ID. I plugged that in and it retrieved reviews.
